1 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup grated cheese (strong cheddar)
1 tablespoon garlic powder - not garlic salt
1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup of milk (I use goats)
Mix flour and cheese together - add garlic and soft butter - slowly add milk till you form a stiff dough - (you may not need all the milk)
Kneed on a floured board for a few minutes - Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness - Cut in to pieces and place on ungreased cooking tin
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes - Let cool - till cold and firm - store in air tight container and or fridge.
